Rafia Sulaiman Al-Masoudi General Contracting Establishment is a Saudi sole-proprietorship contracting business based in Tabuk, registered under Commercial Registration No. 7040588076 since June 2024. We serve clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with four core capabilities: skilled manpower supply, equipment and transportation rental, scrap materials purchasing, and building contracting. Our team supplies qualified engineers, welders, technicians, operators, and general labour for construction and industrial sites, alongside a fleet of trucks, cranes, lifts, and generators available for rental. We also purchase steel, copper, aluminium, and other scrap materials, and undertake general building contracting works in line with our registered construction activity.
